About

We’re Phoenix.

Committed to better landscaping.

Who is Phoenix?

Phoenix is part of the one of the nations largest family of landscape companies specializing in residential and commercial community landscape design, maintenance and preservation. We work with property managers, property owners, HOA boards, and multifamily and residential developers. Our goal is to protect and enhance the quality, lifestyle and environmental standards of the communities we serve.

Phoenix began its operations in coastal Carolina in 1995 and became a part of the Yardnique family of companies in 2022. Yardnique began operations 1997 when Brian DuMont , the company founder and CEO, was a junior at NC State University pursuing his horticulture science degree, providing landscape services as a means for income while in school.

Today, the yardnique family of companies employs over 1,000 landscape and lawncare professionals in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Now, the bright orange trucks can be seen in communities across the southeastern United States.
